Celestial Tiger
Mixed Media Piece by Joy-Louise Waterman
Using just the portrait of this digitally drawn pencil sketch of a tiger, I created this mixed media piece. Which includes digital and hand drawn elements.
To tie in with the celestial crown and neck piece the tiger is wearing, I layered in a digitally drawn mandala with celestial elements into the background. Contrasted against a gold foil moon.
Hand drawn, scanned in and digitally coloured foliage pieces were layered into the foreground.
Along with some hand drawn pencil sketch foliage.
